Hi everyone! I am a self-taught, home based baker, and I love to feed people. Sharing something delicious and helping put a smile on someone's face is why I  bake. Food is a way to connect with others--family, friends, community. I'm based in the New Orleans area where food culture is no joke. Flavorful food is in my DNA, and my bakes are no different. Have you ever bitten into an intricately decorated cake only for it to be dry, too sweet, or boring and basic? Yep, me too. It's a little soul crushing. My goal is to provide baked goods where flavor comes first, and it will also look nice. I'm excited to share some of my favorite flavors as well as create new flavor combinations to suit your tastes.
